The Russian military is destroying civilian objects in Kharkiv and launched an air strike by Mi-8 helicopters on the positions of the Armed Forces in the region. In the Donbas, the Russian army is storming residential areas of Severodonetsk and firing artillery and MLRS at settlements in the region, according to the General Staff. The European Union has published new lists of the sixth package of anti-Russian sanctions and they have entered into force. The list includes 18 legal entities and 65 individuals, including Putin's "mistress" Alina Kabayeva, Dmytro Peskov's family, and Yandex founder Arkady Volozh. Also, in the sixth package — a ban on oil imports from Russia by sea, disconnection from the Swift system "Sberbank" and several other banks.
